Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you cancel last minute, we miss the chance to serve another client and our techs lose valuable time. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask: 🔹 Cancellations within 24 hours → 50% of the service fee will be charged. 🔹 No-Shows → 100% of the service fee will be charged.
